F.L. Merrill Construction, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Frank L. Merrill. We are a family owned and operated residential and commercial construction company proudly serving all of New Hampshire. We specialize in site work and road construction but have also expanded into trucking, mobile crushing operations and ownership of Pembroke Sand & Gravel to provide complete construction solutions to our clients.

We have experienced steady growth throughout the years, due in large part to the hard work and dedication of our employees. We pride ourselves on our commitment to deliver quality service in a timely fashion. Our goal is to continually improve our operations and use cutting-edge equipment with GPS tracking to stay in the forefront of the industry while maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. I had the pleasure of working with F.L. Merrill Construction, Inc to build the new Concord Hospital Medical Office Building in Concord, NH. Construction included earth excavation, utility installation and relocation and braced excavations to support the construction of a 150,000 sf Medical Building with Pedestrian Sky Bridge. Work was done with a focus on safety for workers and pedestrians on an active Hospital campus. F.L. Merrill Project Management and Field Staff are consummate professionals and take pride in their work. Constructing a project of this size and complexity was certainly not easy and F.L. Merrill was a major contributor to the overall success of the project and a great teammate!
